Communication Specialist

Salary: $27.71 to $35.00 hourly

Description

We are looking for a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering engaging communication materials that align with organizational goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in content creation, branding, and campaign planning while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, to produce visually appealing materials.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that meet organizational objectives.
• Maintain and update content within the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate the creation of promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a detail-oriented tone.
• Provide support in planning and executing events, ensuring effective messaging and branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage digital content.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.
• Ability to create engaging and detail-oriented advertisements, blogs, and brochures.
• Familiarity with design software such as CAD is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to enhance brand awareness through strategic communication efforts.
