Robert Half HR Solutions is assisting a client located in Alpharetta with a Contract Benefits. This role involves managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. This role is onsite 4 days per week and the contract is expected to last approximately 6 months.Responsibilities • Administer day-to-day employee benefits processes, including enrollments, terminations, and claims resolution • Coordinate and prepare for open enrollment sessions, ensuring timely dissemination of information to employees • Manage leave administration processes, including tracking and compliance with organizational policies • Handle Leaves & ADA accommodation requests, ensuring appropriate documentation and adherence to legal requirements • Oversee comprehensive benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives • Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations • Utilize systems like ADP Workforce Now to maintain accurate employee records and streamline benefits administration • Review, audit, and analyze benefits data to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement • Provide guidance and communication to employees regarding their benefits options and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) • Support COBRA administration processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and deadlines
