We are seeking a Compliance Testing Analyst to join our team in New York. The role will involve compliance testing support for a foreign banking organization. Responsibilities:• Conduct compliance assessments in accordance with AML, BSA, OFAC, Sanctions, and commercial regulations such as Reg D.• Utilize auditing skills to maintain the highest level of regulatory compliance.• Develop and manage compliance documentation to ensure all processes are accurately recorded.• Perform compliance audit tasks, using audit workpapers to keep track of findings.• Handle compliance risk management, implementing measures to mitigate potential risks.• Involved in commission functions as part of the broader role.• Continuously monitor and update the compliance risk management strategies.• Support the organization in control testing activities.• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage the audit tests as required.• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all relevant compliance regulations.
