Need experience with troubleshooting, group policy (make changes) , creating images for 200 laptops, rolling out new hardware, test software deployments
- Developing project plans for hardware/software upgrades and migrations.
- Validates plans using research, modeling, testing, and pilot sites.
- Performs research, evaluation, and recommendation of specialized third-party application solutions.
- Manages and controls devices using a system such as Intune.
- Organizes and manages multiple computer projects to ensure efficient resource allocation and implementation.
- Independently manages projects and determines resource requirements including personnel, hardware, and software.
- May develop scripts or utilize software tools to automate tasks or gather information.
- Provides help desk support by troubleshooting and resolving problems or questions regarding end-user computer systems, applications, and network connections.
- Provides high level technical research for end-user hardware and software, network connectivity, and applications.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
