We are in search of a Concierge to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and coordinating a range of services. This position is part of the Workplace Experience function, aimed at creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all who enter our premises.Responsibilities:• Serve as the first point of contact for all facility visitors, offering a friendly and welcoming demeanor• Handle various service requests, maintaining a record of their status and providing timely updates • Coordinate and confirm a variety of activities, ranging from dining reservations to business appointments, on behalf of requestors• Offer excellent customer service to all individuals in the facility, fostering a positive reputation for our location among guests and tenants• Develop and manage a database of local business recommendations, including preferred sources of transportation, dining, entertainment, etc.• Implement property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying relevant parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building• Respond to inquiries and complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors in a detail oriented and customer service-focused manner• Identify and resolve complex issues, developing new techniques as needed to meet team objectives• Positively impact customer objectives through personal and team outcomes• Lead by example, modeling behaviors that align with our values and guiding the team through the application of basic practices and procedures.
