Growing tech company in the AI space has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator! This Contracts Administrator will join a busy legal team and focus on administrating customer contracts from inception through execution. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and updating a high volume of client contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and managing the contract database in Ironclad. This position requires on-site work in Mountain View, CA and ideally 3-5 years of experience in contract administration; prior experience in the tech industry and working with Ironclad is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities :
- Triage high volume of incoming client contracts, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
- Utilize Ironclad to add and update digital signatures on contracts.
- Maintain and update client contract details in the database.
- Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Manage the organization and storage of contracts in the database.
- Handle amendments and modifications to legal contracts as necessary.
- Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
