We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Contract Administrator. This role involves working in a remote setup, dealing with extensive contracts and proposals in a detail-oriented capacity. The job function will involve a high degree of interaction with internal functional groups and external customers.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions• Monitor customer accounts and initiate necessary actions• Draft, interpret, and manage large multifaceted proposals and contracts to ensure business objectives and regulations are met• Assess, interpret, and review documents to negotiate contracts within agreed parameters, including government procurement and cost control guidelines• Oversee compliance of contractual obligations and provide legal advice on contract matters to the organization• Collaborate with internal functional groups to negotiate contracts with customers and execute contract agreements in a timely manner• Prepare legal documentation and reports for internal functional group review and approval• Participate in meetings to ensure all relevant business units understand the contractual requirements• Manage the interface between the organization and external customers to resolve any matters affecting contract administration• Prepare recurring contract status or progress reports for internal use or for submittal to external customers• Manage small projects, including CORE initiatives
