We are in search of a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Bonner Springs, Kansas, United States. This role will primarily involve overseeing and managing the company's contracts and legal requirements. The successful candidate will act as a key intermediary for contract execution between our organization and our customers, playing a vital role in maintaining our regulatory compliance and strong reputation.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the process of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract documents, change orders, and legal documents.• Play a crucial role in coordinating registration, license, and permit requirements, ensuring our company's regulatory compliance.• Conduct and oversee research on state and local business license, registration, and permitting requirements.• Manage state and local business registration, license, and permit applications and renewal processes.• Assist in the collection and review of vendors' insurance documents and licenses.• Create and maintain a centralized database of contracts, tracking key dates and ensuring proper document execution and storage.• Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the contract and document review process.• Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the company, including accounting, finance, operations, risk management and sales.• Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.
