As a Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the management of commercial contracts, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, and ensuring contract compliance. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage commercial contracts including services, consulting, marketing, licensing, non-disclosure, data privacy, and other commercial and technology-related agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
• Implement efficient contract management processes and procedures.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the best interest of the organization.
• Monitor and manage contract renewals.
• Handle contract administration duties, including the processing of customer applications and maintenance of accurate customer records.
• Resolve any contract-related inquiries or issues.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on contract terms.
• Proven experience in Contract Management
• Demonstrable skills in Contract Compliance
• Prior experience with Contract Renewals
