We are in need of a meticulous Contracts Manager for our team situated in Green Cove Springs, Florida. The role involves comprehensive management of 3rd party risk, which includes but is not limited to risk assessment, due diligence, RFP drafting and management, contract drafting and negotiations, and ongoing monitoring. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.Responsibilities:• Diligently perform contract drafting and negotiations.• Manage and oversee the contract portfolio on an ongoing basis.• Conduct thorough risk assessments of 3rd party contracts.• Handle RFP drafting, scoring, and management effectively.• Maintain regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy.• Administer claim administration and billing functions as necessary.• Oversee the operations of clinical trials.• Implement and manage business systems effectively.• Use Adobe Acrobat, Avaya CMS, and 3M for various tasks.• Design and manage the placement of Banner Ads.• Make necessary amendments to contracts as and when required.
