We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager in the Greater New London Connecticut area. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating multiple proposals and contracts while interacting with various business functions.
Responsibilities :
- Execute contract negotiations and ensure post-award contract compliance
- Develop cost reimbursement contract price proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFAR
- Assist in the generation of proposals and management of contracts
- Collaborate with Contract Administration, Legal, Accounting, and Billing departments for efficient contract management
- Oversee subcontracting processes and manage subcontractors effectively
- Ensure adherence to government contracts and bid proposal guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and proposals.
- Proficiency in DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)
- Comprehensive understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Experience in preparing and managing Bid Proposals
- Familiarity with Government Contracts and their nuances
- Demonstrable expertise in ensuring Contract Compliance
