Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, General Accounting, Grant Management
- Manage organization’s financial activities
- Cash management
- Payroll processing/reporting
- Monthly benefit payment processing
- Oversee 401(k) reporting/enrollment
- Invoice payments
- Review bank reconciliations
- Review monthly reporting
- Year-end tax reporting (e.g., 1099s, W-2s)
- Provide monthly financial updates for Board reporting
- Provide support for organizational budgeting
- Provide financial information for funder request/grant applications
- Manage government funding
- Liaison for external auditors-gather support, provide information requested, and work directly with audit team
- Liaison for tax providers-complete support requests
- Work with Development to ensure accurate tracking and accounting of funds – Government, Corporate, Foundation, Individual
- Oversee additional items (hiring; talent management; administration; operations)
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
