- Working closely with this elite team, oversee and drive the month-end / quarter-end close process with accuracy and precision
- Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure accurate financialstatements and proper record keeping
- Manage bank accounts in currencies (US and EUR) and adhere to transfer pricing policies
- Prepare and maintain monthly cashflow forecasts to effectively manage cash balances
- Manage and lead audit, banking and tax relationships and drive annual audit / tax processes withadvisors as well as payroll benefits globally.
