Responsibilities:• Oversee and execute month-end closing procedures.• Consolidate financial information across multiple entities.• Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.• Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review.• Manage and record journal entries in an organized manner.• Prepare audit schedules and cooperate with external auditors.• Utilize financial management software for financial management and accounting tasks.• Manage healthcare billing processes, including Medicare, private insurance, and co-pay transactions.• Leverage advanced spreadsheet skills to streamline accounting processes.• Communicate effectively with different levels of management in a cross-functional team environment.
