The role will involve contributing to the financial health of our organization, maintaining customer records, and ensuring the efficiency of our financial operations.Responsibilities:• Demonstrate leadership in managing procurement activities, ensuring adherence to company values in daily performance.• Process and analyze financial data to provide insightful reports to management outside of operations.• Execute accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records of the organization.• Ensure the organization's financial policies, practices, and procedures are adhered to and monitored for efficiency.• Conduct monthly physical inventories to ensure accurate record keeping.• Oversee the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, providing financial guidance to line managers and decision-makers.• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring their accurate and timely management.• Facilitate internal audits to safeguard company assets and adherence to financial management policies.• Manage capital spending requests, developing business cases and calculating paybacks for management review.• Contribute to cost reduction efforts through financial and manufacturing analysis.
