We are offering an exciting opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens for a Controller to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will have the chance to oversee all aspects of their financial management and accounting processes, as well as the development of financial procedures across the company.Responsibilities:• Oversee all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), general ledger management, month-end close procedures, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.• Ensure compliance with GAAP by researching and resolving technical accounting issues.• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit.• Coordinate with external tax preparers for timely filing of annual taxes.• Adhere to local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.• Develop and implement business and accounting policies, procedures, and processes.• Lead the financial integration of future M& A transaction targets.• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) in the coordination and preparation of the annual budget and mid-year forecasts.• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements and related KPIs in collaboration with FP& A.• Build and foster strong working relationships with field and leadership team members at each pharmacy.• Adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing and balancing workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.• Utilize Excel and other Office tools effectively.• Leverage Sage Intacct experience for financial systems integration and procedure development for acquired businesses.• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, including lease accounting, revenue recognition, and purchase accounting.
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
