As The Controller, You Will
- Create trail balances, track project accounting, work in progress and project profitability
- Process a small payroll and managing HR duties
- Coordinate all financial management functions including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury
- Review and analyze job cost estimates and reports, monitor construction budget, and forecast projects
- Ensuring proper documentation for all financial transactions and audit processes

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction accounting and finance
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
