As a key member of the finance department in the manufacturing sector, the Controller will supervise team members and will be responsible for updating the company's financial records.Responsibilities:• Examining financial data and preparing precise reports to aid strategic decision-making• Implementing and managing the EPICOR system to enhance financial operations• Supervising the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate and timely financial management• Overseeing the close process, including conducting detailed analysis and accruals• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards• Applying financial expertise to assist with cost accounting tasks• Guiding the Senior Accountant and fostering their detail-oriented growth• Supervising the management of company benefits, ensuring compliance and optimization• Taking over for the retiring controller and ensuring a seamless transition of responsibilities
