Reporting directly to the Vice President, this is a highly visible role within a growing organization!Responsibilities:• Manage full accounting cycle tasks to maintain accurate financial records.• Use Accounting Software Systems for efficient data management.• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.• Oversee budget processes and maintain the integrity of financial data.• Prepare and post Journal Entries as part of the month-end close process.• Perform Account Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation for financial accuracy.• Manage Asset Inventory to track and maintain company assets.• Implement Activity Based Costing and Job Cost methods for accurate cost calculation.• Prepare and present Financial Reports to leadership, including operational and financial data.• Conduct Data Analysis to provide insights for financial decision making.
