Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of all accounting-related functions, including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Oversee the Accounting team's activities, focusing particularly on monthly billings, job cost procedures, and monthly project financial review reports
- Conduct bank reconciliation tasks and manage banking relationships and accounts
- Prepare and present all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, including WIP Schedules and statements
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual overhead budgets, providing monthly analysis and reporting on performance
- Coordinate with external CPA for review and audit of statements
- Act ethically and professionally at all times, providing executives with financial information and guidance on decisions, processes, and controls.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in handling all Accounting Functions.
- Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong knowledge and experience in Auditing.
- Familiarity with Budget Processes.
- Proficiency in using Viewpoint Vista software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding and experience in Finance.
