Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accounting department, including AP, AR, cost accounting, and payroll.
• Develop and manage comprehensive accounting reports.
• Use accounting software to pull data and create detailed Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage construction project accounting and cost accounting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Handle cash management and ensure month-end close processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Participate in the annual budget process and manage budget throughout the year.
• Prepare and record journal entries as needed.
• Work towards doubling the company's revenue by implementing effective strategies.
• 5 years of experience in a Controllership role, ideally in the construction industry
• Capability to perform month end close tasks accurately and promptly
• Experience in preparing and managing annual budgets
• Competency in cash management
• Experience in project accounting
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
