Requirements
Proven experience training teams and executives in the adoption and practical use of AI technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and similar AI tools.
Ability to simplify complex AI concepts and translate them into actionable, understandable insights for diverse audiences.
Exceptional communication skills, with a strong presence and ability to connect with employees, leadership teams, and stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Demonstrated experience with AI use cases in professional settings, especially within industries like banking or financial services, with an understanding of how AI can drive organizational value.
Familiarity with AI-driven business transformations and the ability to tailor training to meet the specific needs of different functional areas.
Strong organizational and content creation skills, including the ability to design and implement training programs for both small teams and large organizational audiences.

- Executive & Leadership Sessions: Facilitate training sessions for executives and leadership teams, demonstrating how Microsoft Copilot can help with summarizing large-scale documents, improving decision-making processes, and aligning AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Customized Content Creation: Develop and record tailored training materials and content for various banking functions (e.g., operations, HR, and board needs), ensuring AI adoption meets the unique requirements of each department.
- Strategic Value of AI: Showcase the strategic benefits of AI tools in streamlining workflows, automating routine tasks (e.g., scheduling interviews, document analysis), and enhancing productivity at scale across the organization.
