- Candidates must hold an active Bar license from any state (preference for Rhode Island)
- 5 year's experience practicing within Commercial law
- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters efficiently
- Conduct thorough due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Participate in negotiations and provide expert legal support
