Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading company in the sustainable technology space on their search for a new attorney to add to their team. As Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s legal objectives by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing the organization’s contract lifecycle management system, coordinating with external litigation counsel, and providing advice on general corporate legal matters. This position will report to the Chief Legal Officer, onsite in Gilbert, Arizona at their company headquarters with Fridays from home. This is a contract to hire position.
Key Responsibilities :
Commercial Contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, service, licensing, NDAs, and partnership contracts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial agreements align with corporate policies and objectives.
- Provide contract-related advice and guidance to drive risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Litigation and Dispute Management
General Corporate Legal Support
