We are in search of a diligent Staff Accountant to join our team in Solana Beach, California. In this role, you'll be tasked with managing various accounting activities, including general ledger entries, intercompany transactions, financial reconciliations, and cash management. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with the operations team to facilitate smooth financial transactions.Responsibilities:• Accurately prepare, record, and review general ledger entries across multiple corporate entities.• Handle intercompany transactions, including loan reconciliations, payment transfers, and reimbursements.• Oversee monthly credit card reconciliations and corporate cash management procedures.• Ensure precise recording of payroll entries, with a focus on the accurate reconciliation of monthly reimbursements and treasury functions.• Manage transactions between corporate entities acting as clearing houses for property developments and transfers.• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless transaction processing for property acquisitions, dispositions, and other financial activities.• Assist with financial reporting and compliance, ensuring all general ledger entries align with accounting standards and company policies.• Oversee corporate treasury functions, including cash flow analysis and forecasting.• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
