Responsibilities
- Involved in the review and analysis of bills of material to ensure product and standard costs accuracy
- Take part in physical inventory counts on an annual or semi-annual basis
- Collaborate with various departments to comprehend operational processes and their financial implications
- Develop and sustain reports and tools for the Operations group to aid decision-making processes
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the Operations Group, pinpointing areas of concern and improvement opportunities
- Ensure process integrity relating to inventory and collaborate with team members to rectify process issues
- Understand and analyze manufacturing KPIs to provide actionable insights for operational efficiency
- Review intercompany shipments to ensure strict adherence to process
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of hands-on experience in the Manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in Accounting or Financial Analysis
- Demonstrated ability to use Excel Formulas effectively
- High level of competence in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, partnering ability with other departments
