Cost Accountant

This role involves tasks such as cost accounting, financial statement analysis, journal entries, and financial management, and will require working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate cost analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of cost accounting tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to guarantee precise cost analysis.
• Manage financial statement analysis to aid in business decision-making.
• Oversee the execution of journal entries in line with Accounting Software Systems.
• Perform financial management tasks using tools like ADP - Financial Services and Crystal Reports.
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Epicor for various accounting functions.
• Monitor and manage Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.
• Undertake auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance.
• Participate in budget processes for effective financial planning.
• Supervise and record cash activity for transparency and accuracy.• Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting or a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is essential for this role.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports will be advantageous.
• Applicants should have working knowledge of Epicor.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.
• Knowledge of various Accounting Functions is required.
