We are in the process of hiring a Credentialing Coordinator to be a part of our team. The selected candidate will be based in TOWSON, Maryland. In this role, you will be expected to handle administrative services related to credentialing and enrolment of our affiliate providers. You'll also be needed to maintain an accurate database of credentialing statuses and provider numbers, and to address any issues that may impact the enrolment process.Responsibilities:• Establish and maintain an accurate database of credentialing statuses and provider numbers• Handle the administrative services related to the credentialing of our providers with managed care companies• Accurately populate and submit initial enrolment and re-credentialing applications for participating commercial and government-based payers• Regularly update provider information in payer portals to reflect any changes in practice or provider details• Monitor the status of enrolment applications to ensure additional information is not required and the credentialing process is completed in a timely manner• Maintain electronic provider file maintenance and provider EchoCredentialing profiles• Notify billing teams when provider numbers are received• Assist with payer roster reconciliation projects• Work on reports that identify enrolment issues distributed by leadership• Complete CAQH Attestations and routinely monitor CAQH profiles to ensure data elements are accurate and up to date.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
