In this role, you will be part of an industry that requires the use of accounting software systems, cash flow analysis, and understanding of collection processes. This role will involve the analysis and resolution of client credit issues, and the maintenance of accurate client credit records.Responsibilities:• Accurately process credit applications from clients.• Utilize business credit reports.com and D& B for obtaining customers' credit reports.• Regularly review and analyze current payment history and sales data.• Evaluate new and updated credit applications, ensuring timely responses and approvals.• Provide informed suggestions on credit viability based on collected and submitted data.• Independently manage and review customer accounts, focusing on credit limit, sales history, and overdue accounts.• Make assessments on whether a customer's credit limit needs to be increased or decreased based on their account history.
