Responsibilities :
- Advocate for members and employers
- Answer member questions accurately and promptly
- Resolve issues via telephone and written correspondence to foster strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
- Utilize skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, and Call Center Customer Service to perform tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain knowledge of business processes and operations to provide high-quality service
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action as needed
- Maintain accurate customer credit records at all times
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Applicant must possess at least one year of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry is necessary for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Prior experience in call center customer service is highly desirable.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
