Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Process customer orders with precision and efficiency
• Use proprietary software systems to look up orders and parts
• Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and updated
• Engage in warm follow-up calls to gather missing customer information
• Remind dealers about available discounts and deals to foster relationships
• Handle inbound calls from customers, dealers, and other parties
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
• Balance inbound and outbound calls to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Proven experience in managing customer lifecycle and understanding its impact on business growth.
• Strong proficiency in client communications, able to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Demonstrated ability in fostering positive client relations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience in computer data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to handle complex spreadsheets and data analysis tasks.
• Experience in handling inbound telephone calls, able to efficiently manage high call volumes.
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls, able to seamlessly transition between the two as needed.
