Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer communication and address their queries effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians and dispatch them as needed.
- Generate service tickets to track customer requests.
- Create invoices for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry.
- Manage inventory of equipment to ensure adequate stock.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks.
- Respond to email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner.
- Utilize your 10 Key Skills in various aspects of the role.
- Process vendor invoices accurately.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role within the Utilities/Infrastructure industry.
- Proficient in 10 Key Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively through email correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
- Experience in managing Service Desk Tickets.
- Ability to enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Experience with Invoice processing and management.
