We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative Associate. The Customer Service Representative Associate role is crucial in our team, while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the customer relations team.
- Billing question resolutions
- Assistance with account review
- Assist with patient payments, financial assistance applications, and other customer service related inquiries.
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Familiarity with the HealthCare.gov platform, including the ability to guide customers through its usage.
- Knowledge of R Code, with the ability to use it for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in Offshore operations, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and requirements it presents.
- Familiarity with TRICARE and the ability to navigate its services and offerings for customers.
- Proficiency in using NIS (Network Information System), with the ability to troubleshoot and manage related issues.
