We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role is primarily onsite and involves dealing with customer inquiries and maintaining records within the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Handling inbound calls from both technicians and customers effectively.
- Accurately entering data related to customer inquiries and job orders.
- Creating and managing job carts using service titan software.
- Maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions and communications.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.
- Scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts.
- Ensuring efficient email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
- Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on the account status.
- Collaborating with a team of four other representatives in the office.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative for at least one year
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound / outbound calls
- Demonstrable experience in a call center customer service environment
- Strong skills in customer service and customer relationship management
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience in email correspondence and ability to communicate effectively through written mediums
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in order entry and processing
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively, balancing priorities and managing time efficiently.
