We are in the process of hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Rolling Meadows, Illinois area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and the selected candidate will be expected to manage customer inquiries, maintain detailed product knowledge, and deliver industry-leading customer service. Call center experience is a must!Responsibilities:• Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels including phone calls, emails, and chat• Ensure all customer inquiries are managed promptly while providing exceptional customer service • Conduct basic troubleshooting for customers, including providing product knowledge and recommendations, and resolving issues• Respond to all customer correspondence in writing• Maintain a detailed understanding of all products and procedures• Deliver excellent customer service in a detail oriented and courteous manner• Document all customer service interactions thoroughly • Collaborate with team members, customer partners, and vendor partners to provide top-tier customer service.
