We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry based in Lombard, Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. This is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries• Utilize excellent communication skills to de-escalate upset customers and provide satisfactory solutions• Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and updated in the customer database• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction• Understand and explain the process and implications of receiving a warning or a ticket to customers• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries• Continually strive to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.The salary range for this position is $16 to $18.
