The primary function of this role will be to ensure the smooth operation of our communication systems, which includes handling multi-line phone systems, assisting callers, and communicating with bus drivers via two-way radio.
Responsibilities :
- Manage customer inquiries effectively and efficiently using a multi-line phone system.
- Coordinate with drivers using two-way radio systems to relay important information.
- Assist in the routing of drivers based on assessments of various situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding to address callers' concerns.
- Calmly and efficiently deescalate urgent or high-stress situations.
- Utilize various computer programs for processing and record keeping.
- Ensure all communication and actions adhere to the highest level of customer service standards.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick-up quickly on different systems.
- Experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information to team members.
- Strong customer service skills to address and resolve issues or queries.
