We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Utilize a provided script to respond appropriately to customer inquiries
- De-escalate situations with unhappy callers and provide effective solutions
- Record and update customer information in the system accurately
- Efficiently process voice messages from customers
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records
- Schedule appointments as necessary
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating an ability to manage high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Previous experience working in a call center customer service role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to empathize with customers, resolve their issues, and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing the ability to adapt to different communication scenarios.
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing customer expectations and ensuring optimal use of company resources.
