We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Stockton, California. The selected candidate will be a vital part of our team, facilitating customer interactions, handling data entry tasks, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email interactions to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and organized manner, using critical thinking skills
- Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language for customer understanding
- Manage and enter job orders accurately, maintaining comprehensive repair files
- Prepare and schedule shipping and receiving tasks, including the creation of necessary documentation
- Follow up on outstanding customer quotes, providing regular updates and documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records
- Archive vital documents, such as certificates of conformance and safety data records
- Support additional office functions and responsibilities as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word effectively in daily tasks.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
- Proficient in answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and managing both inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience working in a call center environment is mandatory.
- Strong data entry skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Must be able to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally.
- Experience with order entry is necessary.
- Should be capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial.
