Growing manufacturing organization in Litchfield county is in search for a Customer Service Specialist to add to the team due to growth. This is a permanent position and an immediate need as the company continues to grow this year. The organization has a tight knit culture, strong tenure, and family feel environment!
Responsibilities include:
Customer service and order processing for domestic customers
Support customers with questions on pricing, contracts, or quotes
Order Entry
Process credit card payments
Support sales team
Follow up on order status and logistics
Ad hoc reporting and initiatives for the department
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service and order entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment or relatable field, strong order processing, and excellent communication and technical skills.
