This position involves remote work with occasional on-site meetings and training.Responsibilities:• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Maintenance of precise customer credit records• Resolution of customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner• Regular monitoring of customer accounts and prompt action when necessary• Supporting Producers during the sales process to enhance sales generation• Management of client databases and CRM application, assisting producers to increase efficiency• Identification and correction of errors within the CRM system• Collaborating with data analysts for effective data entry into the CRM system• Utilization of Microsoft Excel for data formatting and sorting• Handling inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
