Looking for someone with a strong customer service background and is a fast learner, comfortable picking up information as you go.Responsibilities:-Take a high volume of phone orders and professionally convey information from medical professionals to production team-Comfortable handing questions you don't know the answers too, by utilizing other team members-Communicate professionally with customers via phone calls and email-Work closely with all departments to ensure all customer requirements are met-Accurately create and process orders submitted via phone, fax and emailStart Date: February 17thHours: 8AM-5PM M-FLocation: West Yarmouth, MA Fully OnsitePay: $20-$23 based on experienceDuration: Temp to perm for the right candidate
