Responsibilities :
- Efficiently and accurately process customer orders received via telephone, email, or fax
- Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Generate customer quotes and manage existing ones
- Liaise with vendors regarding pricing and order statuses
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, providing swift resolution
- Regularly update order statuses to keep all relevant parties informed
- Utilize office equipment such as scanners, printers, copiers, and fax machines for various tasks
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and pricing to serve customer needs effectively
- Maintain a thorough understanding of both vendor and customer contracts.
- Proficiency in Billing, with a solid understanding of billing procedures and practices.
- Experience in Data Entry, with the ability to accurately and efficiently input data.
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and data analysis.
- Ability to handle High-Volume Data Entry, maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving customer issues.
- Experience in preparing and providing Customer Quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
