Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to begin work in February. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns, troubleshooting issues effectively and promoting additional products and services. The position is fixed from Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.Key responsibilities : Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products and services in a courteous manner. Promote and upsell additional products and services as appropriate and beneficial to the customer. Troubleshoot customer issues pertaining to product functionality, service activation, etc. Ensure all customer concerns are addressed until they are satisfactorily resolved. Document all customer interactions and update customer profiles in the system accurately. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience. Stay informed about product updates, new offerings, and company policy and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
