Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries with a pleasant demeanor.
- Manage and organize files and customer records for efficient data retrieval.
- Facilitate the packaging and labeling of educational materials for shipment.
- Handle inbound telephone calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as the administration of continuing education credits and notifications.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer order information into the database.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Leverage computer skills to manage database and email applications effectively.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Assist in test grading and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Possess strong skills in assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Should have prior experience in administrative assistance including organizing files and data entry
- Must be adept at handling inbound telephone calls and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Experience in packaging and labeling would be an added advantage
- Excellent skills in organizing files and maintaining systematic records
- Should have proficiency in data entry with attention to details and accuracy.
