Customer Success Representative

We’re looking to add Customer Success Representatives to our team to assist in a large-scale customer success project focused on enhancing customer registration processes. If you have a passion for helping customers, a knack for problem-solving, and experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a customer advocate by assisting individuals with signing up for different programs within the organization.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up via email or the CRM chat system to guide customers through the registration process.
- Evaluate customer-submitted templates for accuracy, provide guidance to correct errors if needed, and input the data into Salesforce .
- Identify and escalate account-specific needs to the appropriate team when additional support is required.
- Seamlessly redirect customers with open support tickets or additional inquiries to the correct teams for resolution.
