As the Customer Support Specialist, you will respond to client inquiries, building strong client relationships, provide legal support, implement process improvement, and manage the communication channels between internal departments. The ideal candidate for this role should have an intense passion for client satisfaction, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, superb customer service skills and a strong drive for problem-solving.
