We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Cyber & Information Security - IAM Administrator to become a part of our team in CINCINNATI, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to maintaining secure and efficient IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and promptly process customer credit applications
Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
Apply advanced knowledge of various Operating Systems such as Windows 10 and MAC OS
Support end users in a Microsoft Windows / Microsoft Office environment
Use knowledge of Network fundamentals for effective system administration
Utilize experience with Citrix Systems application and Microsoft infrastructure (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
Operate Microsoft Office 365 and ITSM systems such as Service Now or Remedy
Handle and prioritize multiple projects, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
Provide superior customer service for internal and external customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Analyze technical challenges, identify possible causes, and advocate for solutions.
Requirements
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is mandatory, as it will be a critical tool in the day-to-day operations of the role.
Practical experience with Cisco Technologies, as they form the backbone of our network infrastructure.
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required, as our company embraces modern, digital-first solutions.
Experience with CRM systems is crucial, as the role involves managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is beneficial, as it aids in understanding the overall business process.
Mastery of 'About Time' software is advantageous, given its significance in managing project timelines.
Understanding of AB Testing to improve system performance and security.
Familiarity with Accounting Functions, as the role may involve working closely with the finance department.
Proficiency in Auditing is essential, as the role requires constant monitoring and verification of security protocols.
Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary, as the role may involve managing or contributing to project budgets.
