We are extending an opportunity for a Cyber Security Manager in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Reston, Virginia. This role encompasses leadership of an Information Security Red Team program, integrating security considerations into IT solutions, and managing a team of information security professionals.Responsibilities:• Develop, lead, and execute an Information Security Red Team program, including the recruitment and training of team members.• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure security considerations are integrated into the evaluation, selection, implementation, and configuration of IT solutions.• Represent cybersecurity interests in significant technology governance initiatives.• Oversee operations of threat and vulnerability management, recommend mitigation strategies, and effectively communicate residual risks.• Regularly assess and document the effectiveness of key security controls.• Mentor and manage a group of information security professionals, including the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.• Prepare and deliver reports to management on departmental activities, key initiatives, and performance metrics.• Utilize skills such as Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Firewall Technologies, AB Testing, Auditing, AWS Technologies, and Configuration Management to enhance cybersecurity operations.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
