We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst & Admin to join our team in the food and food processing industry, located in Gardena, California. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial records, tracking company expenses, profit and loss, tax liabilities and other related financial activities. Additionally, you will be managing and facilitating procedures and assisting the Data Management section.Responsibilities:• Take charge of managing and coordinating procedures and act as the main point of contact for related matters.• Assist the Data Management section in gathering data and creating periodic reports as well as reports based on specific requests.• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closings.• Prepare and maintain financial records to track company expenses, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.• Perform various other accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, and financial duties as required.• Utilize skills in CRM, Maps API, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Networking, About Time, AB Testing, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management.For confidential consideration, please apply directly with your resume or call Allysa at (310) 719-1400. Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
